Alrighty then! G n R = Guns n Roses. Just Googled that. Heard of them, but I couldn’t name one of their songs. I, too, am a rocker! From a different era! Some of my favorite bands from when I was growing up: Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, The Grateful Dead, Jethro Tull, Spirit,Bob Marley and the Wailers and CSN.
Still like to know what the 3 peaks challenge is?

Hey Marcus,

Wow, I think I’m jealous mate , you were an extra in a film with all those Hollywood stars, did you get any autographs?

“Marcus has been seen groping his mates bottoms” <– What!…lol

The Immac story had me in stitches, probably a bit too much info , but well done for being so honest and not holding back.

I used to smoke, but gave up about 5 years ago, never smoked since. Infact I hate the smell of smoke now, and I'm not keen on people smoking near me. I think eating sweets, chocolate and crisps took over my addiction to tobacco.

I have a similar problem with confidence, which suddenly happened about 7 or 8 years ago. This coaching has made me feel a lot better about myself, and I think it's doing the same for you. You seem to be moving along nicely.

Just got my list of 25 up, have a look if you have time.
